The Anxiety & Stress Management Institute (ASMI) meets the training standards of the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists for professionals seeking certification by the Board. ASMI is an integrative treatment and training facility that offers well-respected, quality, and flexible 60 hour training programs for hypnotherapy certification. This unique hypnotherapy training program enables the trainee to immediately develop practical skills through didactic teaching, observation of instructor, personal experience, and supervised hypnotherapy practice sessions. The training covers clinically targeted applications of multiple effective methods and techniques; including cognitive restructuring, desensitization, regression, experiential/resource state, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Ericksonian approaches. The hypnotherapy training program also provides CE hours, as the Anxiety and Stress Management Institute is an approved CE provider for psychologists, professional counselors, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists.

- APA: The Anxiety & Stress Management Institute (ASMI) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. ASMI maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
- NBCC: ASMI is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP soley is responsible for all the aspects of the program.
- NASW: The Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
- MFTs: Related hours.
- NBCCH: ASMI meets the training standards of the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists for professionals seeking certification by the Board. ASMI is an approved CE provider for psychologists, licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists.

*The curriculum for a typical trainee is Hypnotherapy Workshops I - III (20 Hours), Advanced Hypnotherapy Workshop (15 Hours), 3 Supervision Groups (15 Hours), and Individual Clinical Hours (10 Hours), for a total of 60 Hours.*

If the entire curriculum (60 hours) is purchased as a package, an additional 5% discount is given for a total cost of only $998. The total cost for the components of the curriculum mentioned above is $1051 if purchased at the early registration rate with the Hypnotherapy Workshops I-III as a bundle. The total cost for the components of the curriculum mentioned above is $1200 if they are purchased individually at the regular rate.
Enrollment Requirements (at least one of the following):
a) Masters Degree in Professional Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work,
or Marriage and Family Therapy or currently enrolled in one of the above Masters
Degree programs and have completed at least one year of training.
b) Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social
Work or currently enrolled in one of the above Doctoral programs and have completed
at least one year of training.
c) Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and
Neurology.
