Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), also known as Rapid Trauma Resolution, can be very effective for any clients with PTSD, whether it is related to sexual violence, child abuse, war trauma, traumatic birth, traumatic grief, domestic violence, serious accidents, medical trauma, or any other experience that has continued to haunt the client. In many cases the trauma can be completely resolved in as little as three sessions. This is especially true in cases of "shock" trauma with a client who was doing well before the event occurred, even if it has been many years since the event occurred. The RRT approach to trauma does not involve painfully reliving the event, and most clients find that it isn't an unpleasant experience!
RRT can also be very effective in treating panic attacks, test anxiety, phobias, guilt and resentment.
