Juliana Carter is an Associate Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Yoga Instructor with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia. She is known by her peers and colleagues in multiple roles as a genuine, humble, and compassionate person. Her clinical orientation is focused on creating an environment of acceptance, humor, and authenticity.

Juliana uses behavioral approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In addition, she integrates a comprehensive "inside-out" approach. This includes fostering self-awareness, creating meaning, and developing insight into thought patterns, emotions, and core beliefs. She also draws from her experience as a registered yoga teacher with focus on mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Mental health can play a pivotal role in our interpersonal relationships. With this awareness, she has also received extensive training in Gottman Couples Therapy and is working towards certification as a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist.
